Our social security system should be there for us all, especially when we need it most. But the UK government has proposed huge cuts to disabled people’s support which are going through Parliament now.
Our analysis shows that, if this bill passes, 440,000 disabled people and their families will be forced into severe hardship.
At the second reading on 1st July, your MP must vote against these cruel cuts to disabled people’s support. If enough MPs vote against it, we can stop this bill from becoming law and show the UK government why they need to think again and make our social security system fit for purpose.
Will you ask your MP to vote against these cuts?
